Texas Hospital Turns to PR after Ebola Scare

imsis400-046In response to a New York Times article regarding Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital’s mishandling of an Ebola outbreak, Steven Brill at Reuters posted a blog in which he criticizes the Times for not providing the full picture of an otherwise extremely successful business.  The hospital hired a global PR firm to help tell its side of the story, but instead of expecting a grand, drawn-out apology, Brill argues that the public should see this institution for the important, aggressive business that it is.
